Google utilities
In July 2024 we transitioned from madtownphillies@gmail.com to a more robust philharmonicchorusofmadison.org Google experience. This transition introduces three new email addresses: director@philharmonicchorusofmadison.org which will be used primarily by the Chorus Director and monitored by a few board members; treasurer@philharmonicchorusofmadison.org for finance/business correspondence and hello@philharmonicchorusofmadison.org which will be used for other Chorus business, such as newsletters, ticketing website and other correspondence; monitored by select board members. Singers should expect to receive emails primarily from Director@….

The business of running our chorus is managed by our Board of Directors, listed below. We thank them for ensuring we have a director, an accompanist, music and a place to rehearse; as well as venues, programs, wardrobe & receptions for concerts; awarding scholarships to local HS students; marketing and more!
Elected roles include President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, One-Year Director, Two-Year Director & Officer Emeritus.
